Accorning to the Huffington Post, Nobel Prize winners have come mostly from countries with a high rate of chocolate consumption. Nobel Prize winners are generally smarter than the rest of us, so does that mean all we have to do is overdose on chocolate to win a Nobel Prize? Or to be as smart as a Nobel Prize winner? Sorry, no.

However, for most people it can’t hurt to indulge in chocolate fairly often. It’s becoming a health food with all the antioxidants. Now it might help us be smarter? I’m in!
Go for the darkest chocolate to get the best health effects. Aldi’s has a great large chocolate bar for about $1 that has high cacao content. You can use dark chocolate in any recipe that calls for chocolate chips. Just break it into chunks. Truffles are wonderful to make with dark chocolate and are actually very easy to make. They are wonderful for the holidays and are much appreciated gifts.
Can chocolate bring world peace? I’m willing to give it a try! After all, the Nobel Peace Prize could be coming from places where people do love their chocolate.
