Garlands are very popular party decorations and can be used to decorate for various holidays. Here’s a clever way to make them from gift bags that are not quite nice enough to use again for gift giving.
You can trace any shape you like using cereal box cardboard, but circles and triangles are the most popular. The nice thing about using old gift bags is that the paper is stiff enough to hold its shape in garlands. Smaller circles even look nice on a Christmas tree and you can get more circles from old Christmas cards.
Garlands of any kind of shapes can make colorful room decorations for kids’ rooms. They might like to join in making some this summer.
