Felt flowers are showing up so many places these days. And why not? They add a spark of color and fun to just about anything. They are surprisingly easy to make, especially the felt roses.
You don’t even need to have a steady hand to make felt roses; small differences make them look better! This would be a great craft to do with kids as they will get great results pretty easily. They will love the compliments they get from these, which could be used in gift items. Perhaps grandma would like a pin made with roses?
I love these on decorative boxes, on grapevine wreaths, as brooches, on hats, headbands, napkin rings, ornaments, purses, pillows, and bouquets. They work for any holiday–just choose colors for that holiday/season. Pick team colors and hot glue them to a baseball cap to wear to the game!
Once you try these and see how easy they are you will be finding all kinds of places to use them. Add in the fact that they are very inexpensive to make and you’ve got a winner!
