I can’t wait to try these. They are supposed to be fantastic. It’s a little bit of the flavor of salt & vinegar potato chips on 1/4-inch slices of potatoes grilled to crispy perfection. Well, they don’t have to be perfect, but they will be tasty.
You get the vinegar flavor by boiling potatoes in a vinegar solution. The vinegar flavor is there, but not as strong as in most vinegar & salt potato chips. This unusual technique comes originally from the cooks at Martha Stewart.
For a different way to serve these, how about cutting the grilled potato slices in half for dipping in a creamy sour cream & onion dip? Yum. Just stir sour cream with some onion flakes to be sure the dip is not too thick for the “fries.”
These make a great side dish for your cookout & are a nice change from potato salad. Easy to do too.

Right. No frying in oil, plus extra potato in each bite. Mmmmmmm. Thanks for stopping by!

These sound pretty good. Kind of like a healthy version of salt and vinegar chips. I will have to try these sometimes.
