Here’s a great no-cook meal for hot days. Just arrange cooked chicken on fresh spinach with some edamame beans and almonds or peanuts. Love it!
You can use any salad dressing you like–they used a spray salad dressing from Newman’s Own for just 10 calories.
There is plenty of protein here to keep you from getting hungry later. Lots of flavor and textures to satisfy too!
