Attention gym rats!
One more reason to drink coffee! Drinking 2 cups of coffee before exercise lessens muscle pain during your workout. On hot days, drink iced coffee. Keep ice cubes made of leftover coffee in the freezer so you won’t dilute the coffee.
Coffee lessens the pain of just about everything, in my experience. Now you can have your cup of coffee & go out to exercise. Why not? You will be able to put more energy into your exercise & won’t feel the pain as much. Good deal!
I can’t help but wonder if they should start giving pregnant women caffeine pills towards the end of labor!
