Some people think this tastes like apple pie without the crust! It’s a fantastic dessert that takes almost no time at all. Peel and quarter some apples and thread them on skewers. Spray with cooking spray (like Pam) & sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix. Grill & enjoy with vanilla ice cream. Or add some caramel sauce for a carameled apple flavor.
You might like to try other spice mixtures. How about using some Chinese 5-spice mix or pumpkin pie spice mix instead of the cinnamon?
