The original name of this recipe is “Luck O’ the Irish Brownies.” I know St. Patrick’s Day is passed, but this is such a gorgeous dessert/treat that I had to post it. You can serve it anytime, just call it something like Mint Chocolate Chip Brownies if you don’t want it to sound like St. Patrick’s Day. I could even see this as part of a Christmas buffet–just add touches of red to it, like slivers of candied cherries maybe.
I like how it’s presented in this photo. You can cut it at the table or as needed. Compare this look to the other photos at the linked recipe & you’ll see how it looks with the melted chocolate as a solid layer rather than drizzled on top–not nearly as good IMHO.
This is great for entertaining and also a potluck. I’ll say it again, just gorgeous.
