This is a very fresh tasting salad. I’ve had it with the only dressing being fresh-squeezed lime juice and it was sublime (no pun intended). Low calorie, no fat, healthy, and just wonderful.
The version I had did not have any peppers in it, but it was great anyway. Some people chop the ingredients small, but I prefer the pieces in spoon-sized chunks.
