I love this look for Spring. This is a quick cake to make using a yellow cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, and some green food coloring.
Great for St. Patrick’s Day as a bundt with powdered sugar as shown in the picture. Or turn it into cupcakes with fluffy white icing, green sugar crystals & perhaps a green candy shamrock. Fun & delicious!
I add a little extra green food coloring so it doesn’t look mainly yellow (see photos with the recipe).
