Eat breakfast. That’s it. The author of the linked article says if you eat breakfast you won’t be as hungry all the rest of the day. So you’ll eat less overall. That’s probably good for your health as well as your wallet.
It doesn’t hurt that it’s also good for your brain & body to have fuel. I like to have a little protein with my carbs at breakfast time, but just about any breakfast is better than none.
