You can arrange two of these to make a heart shape on top of cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies, large marshmallow, etc. Chocolate is good for you and so are almonds, but the main reason to make these is that they taste wonderful.
Click here for an easy recipe at Instructables for dipping chocolate that is shiny and beautiful. It is actually a tutorial and recipe for making “Mounds” candy bars. Those are yummy too! But I love the way the chocolate in this recipe looks after dipping. I’d dip the almonds individually and place in the heart shape on the cupcake after they are fairly “dry.” You can use a bit of the melted chocolate to “glue” them into the heart shape if you need too. So sweet!
