Another reason to limit the junk food. The study showed that kids whose parents tried to feed them a healthy diet had higher IQs than the kids who ate more junk food. The difference in IQ was not huge, but it was significant.
So cut down on the processed foods as much as you can to help your kids succeed. Every little bit helps!
