Healthy never tasted so good! The oatmeal makes it very satisfying. Put the uncooked oatmeal in the blender first to turn it into a powder before adding the rest. That makes it extra smooth and filling. The frozen strawberries also add thickness, but if you don’t have any frozen strawberries on hand, put the banana in the freezer. Another good combination is frozen blueberries with frozen strawberries or frozen peaches with bananas.
You can use regular skim milk instead of the soy milk if you like. The milk plus oatmeal makes complete protein that will keep you feeling full for a long time.
