This recipe comes from Morton’s Steakhouse, arguably one of the best steakhouses in the US. My ddil made these for us using healthy olive oil instead of butter. They are delicious. She also used chopped onion instead of the shallots. I could eat a big bowl of these all by themselves as a meal! Even kids like these.
They don’t take very long to make either.
