We hear about Super Foods a lot and for good reason. This time of year with viruses going around, we need all the help we can get to stay healthy.
I like this list because it’s pretty complete. Not all are inexpensive, but many are. Here are the foods. How many do you eat regularly?

I would add green peppers, and raisins to this list. Green peppers have tons of vitamin C without all the sugar of oranges and orange juice. Raisins have reservatrol just like purple grape juice and red wine. Reservatrol is supposed to be really good for your immune system.
For a really healthy breakfast try oatmeal (good for your arteries) with raisins and cinnamon. Yummy, healthy, & cheap. Win-win-win.
I’m not sure about the chocolate milk. I think they must mean purchased chocolate milk, not the kind you mix yourself because they talk about the whey protein in it as being the special part. You might want to think about just buying some whey powder to mix into regular milk along with chocolate flavoring if you are making this at home. Or look into making smoothies and shakes with the whey powder.
