Famed cookbook author Sarabeth Levine makes these muffins with sunflower seeds on top and raisins inside. Great for snacking, holiday breakfasts, and treats in your packed lunch.
If you want to freeze these, first freeze them in the muffin pan until the muffins are frozen.
Then you can take them out of the pan & put them in a container or plastic bag. They are not as likely to stick together that way. Or layer them in a container with a sheet of waxed paper between each layer.
