Here’s a great way to enjoy “fried potatoes” without the guilt. They are totally baked, but they get crispy in the oven, so they seem fried. You can add whatever spices you like to these, even kicking it up a notch with some hot spices.
As the writer says, you can make these more like french fries by cutting them thinner or make them thicker for more soft potato between the crusty sides. Yum.
