These are pretty cheap to make and easy. You need a styrofoam tree form from a craft store. You wrap it with wrapping paper, then wrap any garland around it using pins. You might want to use part of a garland you already have. Add tiny ornaments if you wish.
This could be a nice gift for an elderly person who doesn’t put up a tree anymore but might like a miniature tree. The grandkids could help with this to bring a little Christmas cheer to Grandma.

Maggie, thanks for linking to this project! That is my absolute favorite Christmas project that we have on FaveCrafts (although we have a lot of other great ones too). A bunch of people have said they’d love it as an alternative to a big tree because they don’t put one up anymore. Thanks again for featuring us, and you can feel free to use our images as well in the future 🙂 Happy holidays!
