This beautiful Salmon Avocado Salad includes plenty of great flavors and textures. Impressive for entertaining and fantastic for your health. White wine and hot rolls or French bread go well with this. The meal is light enough to handle a heavier dessert like cheese cake. Perfection.

You can serve this like any salad with ingredients mixed, but a composed salad (as seen here) where you arrange the ingredients artistically is fabulous for entertaining. You can arrange a composed salad on a plate or in a bowl.

It takes about 35 minutes to make this salad, but allow more time if you are making it as a composed salad or have more guests.

I think this would be a perfectly romantic meal for Valentine’s Day. Be sure to arrange it beautifully and serve with white wine. Something chocolate for dessert?
