Oh my goodness, this man can cook. The linked list is just a sample of his big list of make ahead foods. Ones that jump out at me are: cranberry truffles, roasted caramelized sweet potatoes, herbed buttermilk biscuits, potato gratin, roasted squash with stuffing, steamed edamame with soysauce, zucchini potato pancakes. Oh, mama.
Cranberry truffles would be great added to a gift of chocolate truffles. Many dishes sound like they would be great as leftovers too! Put one or more of these on your menu for holiday meals to save time on the day you are eating. Made ahead, these keep down your stress level on Thanksgiving or whatever meal you are making.
