I don’t ordinarily drink fruit juice because it’s so much sugar. Also the fiber in whole fruit is really good for you. BUT, I make an exception for cider, especially hot spiced cider. Is there anything more soul-soothing than hot spiced cider on a cool night? It really brings back memories of sitting around a campfire, kicking piles of crunchy leaves, and having quiet conversations in the evening with candles burning. Enjoy!
