If you decide to make the clone of Starbuck’s Pumpkin Spice Latte, the recipe calls for pumpkin pie spice. I don’t keep that mixture in the house because my pumpkin pie recipe just calls for the variious spices that are in the pumpkin spice mix. BUT, I’ve started making the Pumpkin Spiced Latte & having the mix would be very convenient. So far, I’ve just been using Chinese 5-Spice Mix which is good, but not quite there.
I’ll be putting this mix together soon & will store it in a clean jelly jar (I like the ones that Polaner uses). I’ll have to put it in my spice cabinet though– if I keep it on the counter I’ll end up having too many of these special lattes!
