What a great way to use kiwi fruit! Freeze pieces in ice cubes & keep the cubes in a container in the freezer to add to this recipe or other fruit drinks. Of course you can do the same with other fruit if you like–especailly when you have a little bit of fruit left that’s not being eaten. Nice for sangria or iced tea too.
The sparkling part comes from carbonated water. The recipe makes a lot, so for fewer servings just cut the recipe down.
Very nice for entertaining & you could add some alcohol to this if you like.
