I love crostini. You can change the herbs/spices on this to suit your taste. Or serve different combinations & have a taste off. You can even top them with bits of grilled veggies for a more colorful appetizer.
Crostini are inexpensive appetizers, go well with soup or anything you’d ordinarily serve garlic bread with. Nice to serve with a cheese tray & wine. If you have any leftover, cut them into cubes to be croutons. You can freeze croutons. I just put them in a jar in the freezer & they are fine. Very convenient too.
