These are yummy treats & keep you cool! They also have lots of healthy stuff in them so you don’t need to feel guilty at all. You can use Greek yogurt or regular yogurt in this recipe adapted from one at Whole Foods.
It’s just 1 cup of yogurt and 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit that you put in the blender. Add 1 Tablespoon honey if you like. Blend & pour into 4 paper cups or 2 plastic yogurt containers that you are reusing. You can blend it just a little or a lot depending on if you want the fruit totally mixed into the yogurt or not. You can even not blend it at all but just mix honey with the yogurt & layer with fruit. Cover withh foil and push a popscicle stick into each. Or use a pretzel rod as shown in the photo above. The foil will hold it in place. Freeze & eat! If you used paper cups you can just peel off the paper. You’ll need to warm the yogurt cups a bit to get the pop out. Enjoy!
