We very seldom have steaks. I just don’t know how to cook them so that they are not tough. So here are instructions that I might be able to follow! They are for making a bunch of steaks for a group of people when you don’t want to be making them just a few at a time.
The secret seems to be sprinkling just a bit of sugar on the steaks to help them sear more quickly. Then you take them off the grill right after they are seared. They won’t be done, but you put them in your oven to finish. That way you can put quite a few in the oven at the same time & have them all ready at the same time. Voila!
I’ve been learning about various cuts of beef also, so that I can maybe figure this all out!
