Wow, Myscha Theriault has really outdone herself on this article. She has so many ways to use imitation crab meat, also known as surimi. I’m a little lukewarm on imitation crab meat, probably because I don’t like real crab meat much either. But her recipes might tempt me to try it again.
My husband really likes the surimi in a summer salad. I guess I will take a second look at this affordable seafood that is also a good source of protein.
