Enjoy this restaurant quality soup with just about any meal or have it with a salad & some bread. This is such a nutritious soup, but you still need some protein in the meal for complete nutrition. Maybe some cheese & crackers on the side? Grated, melted cheese on toast floating on top? Or grilled cheese sandwiches for the family?
This would be a great first course for a holiday meal. How about garnishing with a little bit of green herbs for Christmas?
