I don’t have much time to post this today as we are in the midst of making dishes for tomorrow, Thanksgiving Day. I just wanted to post the link for this beautiful trifle.
It is made with gingerbread cake crumbs, whipped topping, and spiced pumpkin mixed with butterscotch pudding. It is not less work than a pumpkin pie, but you might like the change. Those who made it said it was very popular with their guests.
If you are in a hurry and don’t have time to bake the gingerbread cake, you might want to try crushed gingersnap cookies for that layer.
